Your Personal training session will be created specifically according to your age, athletic ability, fitness goals and needs. You do not have to be familiar with a gym nor do you have to be a seasoned athlete to benefit from personal training; we have something for everyone.
Plyometric training uses jumps and exercises in which muscles exert maximum force in short intervals of time, with the goal of increasing muscular power.
What to Expect
It all begins with a one-on-one meeting with our Certified Personal Trainer to determine your fitness goals and the best ways to reach them. Your training session will begin with a warm-up to to wake up your muscles and get your head in the game. After the warm-up, we begin to work toward your specific goals.
With our wide range of tools, your goals can include but are not limited to: muscular strength and development with dumbbells, resistance bands, body weight, muscular power with plyometrics training, core exercises, cardiovascular training, eccentric/concentric workouts, and even a combination of them. We have a large variety of state-of-the-art techniques tailored specifically for you.
